I really adore the way the blue glowy outlining turned out. Seems so ghostly~ <3

I'm actually probably going to redraw the picture again sometime soon to do another comparison to see if there was any improvement over the past couple of months. <:
I really like that coloring on this, too, and it portrays motion well, in my opinion.

It was just a lot of playing around with colors, gradients, and layer effects with a texture slapped on top. :'D

You would think that I would have found a way to get the same effects with less layers, but nope. :'D
